Executive Committee Changes at AMII
AMII announces new Executive Committee Members following 2009 AGM
The Association of Medical Insurance Intermediaries (AMII) has made a number of changes to its Executive Committee at its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday March 18th 2009.
Paula Aitken, The Private Health Partnership as Membership Secretary and Isobel Skeates, Direct Healthline and John Miller, BlueFin Healthcare join as Executive Members.
Colin Boxall, Advo Group and David Worth, Medical Fees Insurance Agency have stood down, as did Michael Payne, the previous Membership Secretary, as he takes on his new role of General Secretary to the Association.
Andrew Tripp, Perfect Health has been voted to continue as Treasurer and Wendy Maxwell as ex-officio secretary. Other Board members remaining are Debbie Kleiner Gaines of Best Health UK, Wayne Pontin of Jelf Group and Naomi Saragoussi of Watson Wyatt. Claire Ginnelly of Groupama Healthcare continues as insurer representative.
Mike Izzard, Chairman of AMII said: "I would like to welcome Paula, Isobel and John to the Committee. Paula reprises her role of several years ago as Membership Secretary which is great. I would also like to thank Colin, David and Michael for their tireless work for AMII having put in their own free hours to support and develop the Association on members’ behalf - we couldn't do it without them."
